New Forums Online

In keeping with the new design of the site, I've also uploaded a new version of the forums which allows people to join again - something that was missing from the last incarnation, simply because I never got round to it. It uses a grab from the Atari 2600 version of 'Kung Fu Master' as it's header. It's nae bad but in all honest it's not a game I played, so it could change at some point in the future. It's all modular, so there won't be any disruption.
Famous Last Words!
I just realised they're not finished yet as well. Sigh. Still a few things to do, one of which will be a little cron job that sends me any new posts that arrive on a daily basis. This is to counter my downright laziness and forgetfulness, since I can never be bothered to keep an eye on things unless there's an email to remind me. That's the idea, anyway.
Forums Messaging is done.

I've rewritten the forums messaging pages to be a bit more efficient - users can now email each other without disclosing their email addresses and stuff. It all seems to work. I still need to add some Admin functionality in there, so I'll do that now.
It's possibly worth mentioning that the scripts and graphics files that go to make up the site are still under 48k. This will no doubt increase, but there's no reason why it should exceed 64k in total.
SEO and IP Blocking

Done a little bit of SEO and implemented site-wide IP blocking, so if someone annoys the hell out of us (by posting spam, talking crap or whatever) we can block their IP. Sure, they can get round it, but it's an annoyance.
