New Terrorist Threat Level Monitor - with Cats!

I decided to take a break from the Stretchy Background Madness of yesterday afternoon and have a wee bit of fun inplementing an easier-to-understand Terrorist Threat Level Monitor. It's a simple PHP script that anyone can implement:

You need five images to represent the various Terrorism Threat Levels, called low.jpg, moderate.jpg, substantial.jpg, severe.jpg and critical.jpg, which the script will redirect to after reading the threat from the official Home Office website. To show the image, just use:
