Did I mention Spamming?

I've been putting together a mass-mailing program in VB this past week, which will allow me to easily send thousands of emails with just a few clicks. The way I look at it I've already paid for VB6 so I'm damned if I'm going to pay for a mass-mailing program when I can knock one up myself.

So far I've written a quick test which sends a single message, and since I've got that working I've started on putting the proper app together. It doesn't look anywhere near as nice as Booday's apps, but then I just want it to work, not look pretty. So far I can Load, Edit and Save my messages, and I can Load my email lists in. By all accounts it's not going to take much more work to get it fully working.

The irony of this is not lost on me, but it's the spammers who send junk willy-nilly that really get on my tits. Thankfully I am developing this to allow me to send mail on behalf of my clients, and as the address lists are supplied by them, the onus is not on me to make sure they're all opt-in.
