Secure Certificate fun, last minute changes...

Still cracking on with this rush job. I finally repointed the domain at the new server today and set about purchasing and installing the secure certificate through GeoTrust. This involves generating a request on the server, passing that request to GeoTrust who then take my payment, call me on the phone (automated) to confirm I'm who I say I am, then email me a certificate to copy back to the server over the self-signed one.

It's a little bit long-winded because of the necessary security, but it's still a simple and speedy order process - I just wish it wasn't so nerve-wracking! I hate automated thingies at the best of times!
