Better late than never!

Cripes, I've been away for a while! Work is progressing on the Great Christmas Rush Job and we're nearing completion. I think we've got it all under control, but a major new part has been discovered that we haden't been fully briefed about, so that's set me back a day.

There's so much going on with it that I can't remember where I've got to. I'm just in the process of finishing off visitor tracking for the retail area so that we can see who's arrived from where. Prior to that I did some stock-level and reorder stuff, so that the owner can see how many items are understocked, how many have sold out and so on.

Just had a call from a woman I occasionally do work for. She's installed broadband in her shop and got it all working, but came in today to find the computer very slow and unusable. I asked her if she had a firewall and ... uh-oh.

So that's my morning taken up tomorrow.

No mention on Christmas? Well, it was OK but it was so much hassle this year, what with everyone ill and nobody having any money. It was quite a subdued affair and the highlight was watching my brother trying to juggle his boobs. Got that one on camera, so I did!
