Virus-infected Spam

Oh that's just great. I received a message sent to an address that only ever attracts spam because it appears on any number of spam lists. The message was infected with a virus which Norton caught. That means that somewhere there is a spammer with a virus, and said spammer has my address in a format that the virus could find, and no doubt they also have millions of other addresses on their computer as well - all in the same easy-to-find format.
So this spammer's machine will be sending out millions of spam-infected emails. Millions. For $24.95, probably.
