I've sorted out all of the public side of things with the exception of the counter and some keyword promo stuff. I've yet to do the updating site, which means I am currently using phpMyAdmin to insert these entries directly, but I should be able to knock something up soon. Re-writing this in PHP turned out to be very easy and speedy indeed - it's really only been a matter of a few hours all told (though with a nice kip break in between bouts) which suprised even me. Right, food now, then I shall finish up.

Just trying out the entry pages, to make sure I can add new entries easily enough. This section isn't going to be completely PocketPC compatible really, but then I'm unlikely to want to bl0g from the PPC for any length of time - typing is a pain in the arse :-)

Edit: The editing section seems to be working as well. Woo!

I don't think there's much more to do. I'm going to add a menu bar across the top in case I ever decide to add other sections, and I ought to do something with that header area because it's boring.

Dungeon Siege... again

Y'know, roughly 18 months ago I bought a copy of Dungeron Siege from eBay, installed and played it a lot and then flogged it on eBay again. Today another copy of this excellent game arrived in the post for me and I've installed it ready to kick Booty's arse play it with Booty later. History repeating itself, and so on.

I've imported my Level-34 sword bloke and tried out the settings. Seems to run OK. BB is starting again as an archer ("Death from afar!") but has a saved folder somewhere as well I understand.

Ah well, that's my work screwed for the next few weeks.
