Email: Ruined

A certain bunch of absolute wankers have succeeded in putting a complete downer on me and my inbox this morning - I'm talking of course about that bunch of thick-as-pig-shit wankers known as spammers. Seven identical emails to addresses spread over two of my domains - all addresses that appear on their respective websites and have been scraped automatically by their stupid spamming software.

You utter morons. Do you really think I am going to buy your crap just because you send me seven identical messages? Do you think I will weaken because you send the same message over and over again? Just how stupid are you? Neither of your friggin' domains even work - mixtamed.biz and extramed.biz both friggin time out for f*ck's sake, so I couldn't give you any money if I wanted to.

You are the lowest of the low, wasting my time and yours, and yet you have no idea just how thick you are you pathetic annoying pieces of shit.

Nationwide Spoof Email

15:43.31 - Friday 16th July 2004   (Link to This Entry)

GAH! Another experience that tarnishes my happy memories of the Internet. This time I have received a spoof trying to trick me into revealing my Nationwide Account Details... except that I don't have a Nationwide account, and I certainly wouldn't use my bl0g.co.uk email address for it even if I did.

I did a bit of investigating and found the spoof side to be hosted on an AT&T (ATT.NET) IP Address, so I forwarded all my findings to both Nationwide and AT&T. Nationwide initially sent me an automated response and then decided my next email was too dangerous despite it having one of their own tracking numbers (!) so they promptly quarantined it. AT&T sent me an automated response as well but at least they're going to look at the damned thing.

I'll let you know if anything happens.
