Working away...

Been working like crazy for the past couple of days, because a collegue is going on holiday for a couple of weeks and I want to get a load of stuff finished before he goes. It doesn't help that it's my end-of-financial-year either, which means more paperwork to do.

I've got another website manual to do for an employment agency site I've just about finished. We're still waiting for the images to come from Creatas (who insist they've sent them, but nothing has arrived here) but at least I can work on the manual while I'm waiting. I demo'd the site on Monday and it seemed to go down well, especially the administration area. We were in and out so quickly that we had time to nip to the pub for a pint - sweet.

Next up is some kind of spam mailing list area where a company can send messages out to people en masse. The idea is to have a list of names and addresses in a table and allow the business to manage several ads, so they can (for example) create an ad for a new product and send it out to everyone, but then that ad stays where it is in case they want to send it out again. I feel so dirty.

Went round to see BootBlock last night and looked over his latest project - looks rather frickin' amazing actually. I'll be working on some graphics for it when I get a few moments to myself. It's... pretty cool.

But of course! AND it works, AND it deactivates the address immediately - none of this 48 hour shite!
