Aaaand we're back.22:00.03 - Sunday 7th March 2004 (Link to this Entry) Decent wedding do, nice food afterwards (No spuds! Sack that woman!), strange disco belly-dancer (no, not me for once) and a toasty hotel room afterwards. Seems the hotel had WiFi as well, but I didn't want to shed £££'s out on an hour or so's connection and instead used my mobile to get my mail.Winchester - I have never known of a one-way system that encompasses an entire town centre! If you want to go one street to the right, you have to drive all the way round the place (lovely though it is) and hope you can stop in time to get the right place. I was glad to leave. And when all's said and done, actually getting out of the place was simple. One of the places we ended up quite by accident turned out to be the way out of town. Gibber. It doesn't help that M can't read an on-screen map to save her life, either, and so I have to drive while she holds the laptop so I can read it as I go. The police would have loved that. Scotland was nice, too - I got a couple of nice photos of hills and castles and suchlike so I'll post one here. The place went to was a stunning little town called Peebles and we were in an office that overlooked the whole place. Really nice. I'm taking this website on mainly as a favour to another guy who's snowed under with work, and the price went up a notch too, so we're happy with that. All in all it was a very tiring weekend, but it was profitable and good fun too.
