I'm not entirely sure where the compo came from, but certain celebrities on the list are currently currently embroiled in the race to create the best eBay advert they can. My entry was first up - click the thumbnail to the right for bigginess.

In general they liked it. Mr. Foo's ad is progressing well and should be up shortly, then it's up to someone else to try and top that. The game's afoot!

I recently started playing GunBound again after an absence of several weeks, and found to my pleasure that it's improved quite a bit. The infrastructure expansion continues with four servers available now, and the weapon effects in the game have also been improved.

I haven't had much time to check for other improvements, and sadly the game still suffers from lag which may or may not be due to the fact that I was on a full server, rather than one of the empty ones. It's still a cool game though, and there seemed to be fewer assholes on there this time around.

I found my first dead pixel on the ol' Inspiron today, although the machine is a year or more old so I guess it's not that bad. The screen is sufficiently high-res that it's incredibly hard to see an invidual pixel anyway, so it's not like it's glaring at me all the time. I know it's there though, so I'm gonna be looking fr it from now on.
