Another W32 Blaster Entry

Blimey. Not only are people downloading and using BlastBack to message back infected users, but the little CJB page I knocked together has suddenly found its way into the search engines and become a destination for quite a few people - 113 people so far today, in fact.
So in order to make it just a little more useful, we've added links to Free AntiVirus and Firewall software, plus a couple of Trojan scanners. This should make the page far more effective for people looking for help.
I think I'll add a link to the patch as well.
End of Day(s)

Lordy, what a day! Went to look at another bungalow to consider in case we don't get the one we're after. It's a nice 2-bedroom thing but it's very old fashioned and I can't say I'd be totally happy there, especially as the garden is overlooked by a row of terraced houses and that. I'm used to being able to relax in the back garden and pick my nose without worrying about being seen :)
Had a bloke some round to talk about some double-glazing to put into this place on the cheap, and we finally got round to agreeing on £1400 for about six windows. Not bad I guess, although I'm sure I'll get email now saying 'you could have got them for such-and-such!' Such is my luck, really.
The MSBlast site is still attracting a fair number of visitors. By my BlastBack counter I see I've had over 600 infection attempts since I loaded it up just before 2pm - sheesh! I'm still getting repeated port 3 attempts from an IP in Japan that originally (and still does) tried to infect me - perhaps it's their defences trying to ID me? Port 3 is a Compression service, apparently.
Had more fun with the pipes today as well, got them all sorted and I spent a few minutes this evening sticking the guttering back up. All is now well.
Booty's sister phoned him earlier - these W32.Blaster.Worm infections are getting personal, it seems. He's currently working on making BlastBack do interesting stuff like kill of the worm if it finds it on your system. 276 visits to the site so far today. Wow.
