A-working we will go...

Getting back into the swing of things again with a morning of work on a double-glazing website. Another local(ish) firm, sure, but it's money in the bank, even if it is as dull as dogsh*t. It's only a basic thing but it's coming along nicely, and I hope to have an invoice out the door for it by the end of next week. More money? Woohoo!
Turns out BB doesn't have any spare Socket-A gear with which to test this dead machine, so I've arranged to send it to a mate in Leeds who works at a computer company, and who will have loads of Socket-A gear kicking about. Possibly. Might be a delay though - he got in this morning to find his HD had died and he hadn't saved any of his work to the server. Uh-oh...M is checking the budget flight websites for low-cost flights to Spain. I know this is meant to be my birthday prezzie, but she can't help getting a little bit excited all the same. Bless 'er :)

M has decided to make some bread in the ol' freebie breadmaker we got yonks ago. This is the first time in ages that she's fired it up and the results we nothing short of vunderbar. Great stuff.
And finally...

While out late-night shopping we spotted some Tescos Finest Salmon Quiche in the reduced section. Always a sucker for luxury foodstuffs, we grabbed both of them and I had a quarter of one with a drink of milk for me supper. Bigods it was nice.
