More Company Stuff

Received my Annual Return from Companies House this morning (actually, it turned up yesterday but M never gave it to me) and had a quick scoot through it. Seems to be just as straightforward as I expected. Had to fill in some bits about shares, and my Formation Agent is still listed as a Director, but other than that it all seems OK. Just got to wait until the 13th before I can post it back, and it's gonna cost me £15 as well. Grrrr...

Last night's presentation went off without a hitch, although I was sat sweating into my suit at the back of the room. My mate K turned up and we agreed that some people - web designers especially - are just not meant to wear suits, shirts and ties. Putting a noose around your neck and tightening it is not a great idea in my book.

Oh, and we spelled 'Stationery' with an 'a' - d'oh!
